Job Description Summary
The Command Center is the centralized hub for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the firm's technological ecosystem to ensure operational stability and performance. It proactively evaluates alerts, identifies anomalies, and coordinates cross-functional workflows to maintain infrastructure health, application reliability, and service availability. By leveraging real-time dashboards, advanced monitoring tools, and data-driven insights, the Command Center enables rapid detection, efficient triage, and continuous improvement.
Job Description
Translate functional specifications into more details to guide development. Examine and evaluate current systems, and identify its requirements. Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features. Document interfaces between new and legacy systems. Collaborate with developers to produce new systems. Validate changes by testing programs.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, elicit, and document user/project requirements, using appropriate modeling technique, if required. Analyze requirements and validate with original users, eliminating confusion. Outline verification criteria to ensure requirements are met. Maintain documentation and traceability throughout project.
  • Support collection of business requirements using document analysis and workflow analysis to express requirements clearly and succinctly.
  • Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
  • Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
