You will serve a diverse patient population, including those from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants navigating complex emotional and mental health challenges. • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Virginia.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, as well as experience with evidence-based treatment approaches that prioritize cultural inclusivity.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive methods.
