As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate and ethical mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, tailored to the needs of each client.
• Employing solution-based therapeutic methodologies to create effective, individualized treatment plans that support clients’ unique mental health journeys.
• Facilitating growth by helping clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress throughout the treatment process, collaboratively adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Supporting clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges effectively.

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health needs. To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), free from any disciplinary actions.
• The ability to practice independently and deliver counseling without direct supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate nature, capable of establishing rapport with clients effectively.
• Proficiency with technology and computer systems to facilitate virtual counseling and documentation.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a school or educational facility, as well as those who have demonstrated success in working with diverse populations and various mental health issues. Experience with digital health counseling platforms will also be advantageous.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
