This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and a balanced work-life dynamic. • Provide comprehensive counseling services, including individual and group sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds.
• Transport clients when necessary and facilitate their access to public transportation, ensuring they maintain essential medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Monitor and maintain client household supplies, advocating for their independence and community resource utilization.
• Uphold the highest standards of care by ensuring that services align with each client’s goals and preferences, promoting overall satisfaction.
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, ensuring compliance with program certifications and relevant licensing standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication and support for clients, sharing insights and progress regularly.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including client interactions, assessments, and progress notes, using our integrated electronic health record system.
• Empower clients to develop life skills, including meal planning and shopping, fostering their autonomy in daily activities.
• Provide medication management assistance, including reminders for prescriptions and proper storage to support adherence.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse array of clients who seek counseling to address various mental health challenges. This may include adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions, families requiring support in maintaining healthy relationships, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. The multicultural aspect of our service users allows for the application of culturally responsive therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT) in California is mandatory; please note that associates-level licenses are not billable through Medicare.
• Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a caseload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with geriatric populations is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops or continued education updates is preferred.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually. In addition to compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
