System Validation Engineer


On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a System Validation Engineer for a contract opportunity in Santa Clara, CA. 


System Validation Engineer Job Details


Candidate will be responsible for system level validation for new devices and related application. 


Participate and understand the product requirements 

Development of extensive test plan and test scripts using structured tools, and utilities 

Execution and traceability of test cases on a per release basis 

Research, test, and implement new techniques, frameworks, and utilities for Validation 

Help define and enforce validation standards and best practices 

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, features, and functionality. 


System Validation Engineer Mandatory Skills


5+ years hands-on experience in preparation, execution and structured reporting of Mobile products (phones/tablets) validation 

Being able to flash and load phones and mobile devices with images 

Understanding of various mobile domains from validation aspect: Graphics/Memory/Bluetooth/Multimedia/Messaging/Database etc 

Understanding of Client-Server functional methodology 

familiarity with Phone build/Android build management 

Familiar with fundamentals of iOS and Android application frameworks 

Understanding of Apple iPhone/iPad app/Android app development life cycle
