Overview

Client First Technologies currently is seeking a MCIS Systems Integration Engineer to support a program at Fort Polk, Louisiana’s Berry Mission Training Complex (BMTC).


This is a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements:
  • Provide system integration, administration and security technical support for training events and exercise back-end user items associated with simulation systems and MCIS, and/or exercise Information System (IS) devices 
  • Experienced and capable of operating JLCCTC-MRF-B simulation suite, experience with LOTS, DXTRS, BSWS, MMC-S, MSS (Maven), and prepared to learn NGC2 and NGC when it is released to the army
  • Assist units and any other components during exercises
  • Troubleshoot MCIS and other related system software issues 
  • Manage MCIS and other related systems 
  • Provide IT technical support for the MTC, its functional training teams, and training units
  • Supervise two other MCIS Systems Administrators with Integration tasks
  • Cross train to perform RMF and network boundary cyber defense tasks


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related field
  • A minimum of an IAT II Certification is required
  • Four (4) years of experience within the past five (5) years in planning advanced computer system architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integration of computer systems and interfaces in distributed architectures
  • Four (4) years of experience within the past five (5) years operating and maintaining infrastructures that include network engineering, Linux and Windows system administration, and storage engineering solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • IAT III Certification, IAM II Certification, or willingness to obtain CASP Certification within a year
  • Perform additional duties as an ISSO on an additional enclave


Required Clearances and Screenings

  • Active Secret clearance is required
