Our Field Engineers will conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
• Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
• Act as local on-site representative to customers organization.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel required - with the possibility of hazardous duty locations

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• HS Diploma with 6+ years of related experience in the field of electronics, computer/network hardware
• An active TS / SCI
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Security + Certification
• A+ Certification
• Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and VTC equipment
• Familiarity with KG-175, or base communications tech controls
