What are the most common challenges faced by Computer Support professionals when assisting non-technical users?

One of the main challenges for Computer Support professionals is communicating technical information in a way that non-technical users can easily understand. This often requires patience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly assess a user's level of familiarity with technology.
