At Macdonald's Home Health Care, our Sales Support & Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team, clients, and healthcare professionals.โฏโฏThe successful candidate will work closely with experienced Seating & Mobility Consultants,ย assistingย with core aspects of the sales process, including managing quotes, equipment orders, communication with medical professionals, funding agencies, managing lead software system and phone support.โฏโฏThe ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth team environment, andย maintainย a positive attitude amidst changing priorities.โฏย
Key Responsibilitiesย
- Managing and coordinating phone calls, emails, and appointments.โฏย
- Preparing and organizing documentation, quotes, and work orders for the Sales Team.โฏย
- Providing support to all Sales Team members as the office's primary contact point.โฏย
- Performing general administration tasks.โฏย
- Managing and qualifying online leads through software.โฏย
- Distributing and managing leads and products to Seating & Mobility Consultants.โฏโฏย
- Coordinating equipment assembly with service technicians.
Required Qualificationsย
- Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software, and internetย proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsโฏย
- Team-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethicโฏย
- Highly organized and detail-orientedโฏย
- Effective multitasking abilitiesโฏย
- Ability to handle administrative tasks independently whileย maintainingย communication with all company departmentsโฏย
- Knowledge and understanding of the BC Healthcare system is an assetโฏย
- Experience with a CRM or inventory management system is an assetโฏโฏ
