COMPUTER STORE REPRESENTATIVE

Description:

Days/Hours:
Seeking Summer Break availability! Will work around class schedule. (Hours will vary with Holidays/events).
Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service to departmental customers.
  • Offer product solutions based on customer needs.
  • Organize and stock merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Handle cash.
  • Train on product knowledge on Mac, PC, and other technologies.
  • Perform administrative duties associated with role.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks/projects.
  • Upon completion of sales floor training, learn and perform roles in other areas in Computer Store, including Admin and Fulfillment.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion and receipt of satisfactory results of a background check, continued Live Scan monitoring, and Employment Misconduct Disclosure.

Requirements:
  • Customer-focused. Drive to engage with and provide personalized recommendations for customer.
  • Strong work ethic.
