Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret

Education/ Certification Mandatory:

  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Copies of current certifications must be submitted with the resume.
  • No specific college degree requirement is stated for this labor category in the task-order PWS.

Work Experience Mandatory:

  • Five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management.
  • Experience implementing/integrating computer systems through requirements analysis, conceptual design, design reviews, installation, integration, testing, configuration management, software test-result analysis, and resolution of software problem reports.
  • Must demonstrate recent and directly related experience relevant to the PWS.

Education/Certifications Nice To Have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline may strengthen the profile, but is not expressly required by the task-order PWS. Additional certifications in integration, cloud, API, cybersecurity, Agile/DevSecOps, ServiceNow, or testing are advantageous.

Work Experience Nice To Have:

  • Strong alignment includes BCAT programs, DoDI 5000/AAF lifecycle, enterprise business systems, ERP/API/COTS/GOTS integration, Section 508, ServiceNow, Agile/DevSecOps, cloud including Google Cloud, cybersecurity, requirements traceability, configuration management, interoperability/JITC, and automated testing.

References/Certificates/Diplomas Required:

  • YES for current certifications. Attachment 3 requires certification details and copies of certificates, security/background investigation information, and a signed Letter of Commitment. References and diploma copies are not specifically required by the RFQ.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirements analysis, system integration, configuration management, and software/technical assessments across DLA enterprise applications and business systems.
  • Crosswalk plans, scripts, test results, acquisition requirements, TEMP, CDD, CPD, ICD, and other lifecycle artifacts.
  • Support integration and interoperability compliance across enterprise business systems, ERPs, APIs, COTS, and GOTS solutions.
  • Develop/maintain requirements traceability and compliance matrices and analyze discrepancies found during testing.
  • Support verification, validation, deployment, configuration control, defect review/tracking, and resolution of software problem reports.
  • Support Section 508, security/IA controls, integration testing, regression testing, and related testing during implementation and deployment.
  • Review program/acquisition documentation, support technical reviews, and provide recommendations for unsatisfactory test or integration results.
  • Coordinate with J62 PMOs, J64, enterprise engineering, test teams, and system integrators to achieve entrance/exit and milestone criteria.
