dynaConnections is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams that build mission-critical SaaS infrastructure for the MLS and real estate industry.


Our platform, connectMLS, powers real-time data, search, and workflows used nationwide. This is a leadership role where your impact will directly influence product quality, system reliability, and business outcomes.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and mentor developers and QA engineers across multiple Agile teams.
  • Drive predictable delivery, high-quality releases, and engineering accountability.
  • Improve development processes, reduce technical debt, and elevate engineering standards.
  • Partner with Product, Release, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own team performance, hiring, and career development.
  • Function as an escalation point for delivery risks and production issues.
  • Developing talent and excelling in recruiting the right people.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
