Role Overview
As a Software Engineer at Auctor, you will own and lead engineering projects across our software offerings. You will work closely with our operations, GTM, and deployed services teams to build state-of-the-art systems that provide value to our customers.
We're looking for people who want to do the most meaningful work of their career-people who are sharp, fast, and relentless. No fluff. Just speed, execution, and a shot to build something generational.
This role is based in New York, NY, in person 5 days per week.
What You'll Do
  • Design and implement enterprise-level application interfaces
  • Develop complex performant agentic workflows
  • Architect full-stack infrastructure for high-performance applications
  • Retrieve over large corpora of unstructured enterprise data
  • Evaluate LLMs across various application layer use-cases

What You Have
  • Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (Next.js experience preferred)
  • Customer obsession and a knack for developing highly-intuitive products
  • Demonstration of grit and tenacity- previous startup experience is valued

Compensation Range
$175,000-$290,000
