We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, deploy, and scale the core services that support vehicle ownership experiences for millions of Ford and Lincoln customers globally. In this role, you will build the digital backbone that connects customer mobile applications, dealership service systems, and in-vehicle digital displays.

This role offers end-to-end ownership of the systems you build-from architectural design and collaborative whiteboarding through implementation, automated CI/CD deployment, performance optimization, and 24/7 cloud operations. You will work in an Agile environment alongside product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing solutions that improve the customer vehicle care experience.

This position is a salary grade 7 or 8.

This position is a salary grade 7 or 8 and ranges from $99,600-$192,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
