Title: Software Developer/Implementation Consultant
Salary: ~$100,000 depending on experience

Location: Indianapolis, IN and Harrisburg, PA
Software Developer / Implementation Consultant : Our Client is seeking a Software Developer / Implementation Consultant to become an integral part of their team. Will be part of a team responsible for managing the end-user requirements process, creating and modifying computer application software and utility programs as well as configuring software.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze user needs and develop solutions
• Perform software configuration tasks to meet business requirements
• Develop medium to complex custom programming solutions
• Document programming tasks and procedures
Qualifications:
• Skilled with Microsoft Windows desktop environment
• Object oriented programming, especially with Visual Basic .NET programming
• Skilled in Structured Query Language (SQL) programming
• A basic understanding of SQL Server, including SQL Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML)
• Experience with web services
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal communication ability
• 1-7 year of relevant experience (including relevant internships)
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems
