Job description

Shop Technician

Location: Huntsville, TX

Pay rate: $17/Hr.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Technician to join our growing team in Huntsville Tx a dependable and hardworking Shop Technician to join our team! If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a stable opportunity, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic assembly of parts and equipment
  • Support shop floor operations and keep work areas clean
  • Help move materials and organize inventory in the warehouse
  • Follow instructions and assist technicians as needed


Requirements:

  • Mechanically inclined with basic tool proficiency
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Huntsville


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Verifiable experience in cable manufacturing
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Forklift experience and/or current certification
  • Verifiable soldering experience (highly preferred and may be considered for increased compensation based on skill level and experience)
