CLIENT SERVICES ASSISTANT

The Korte Company is seeking aClient Services Assistantto join our team inLas Vegas, NV.This position will collaborate with the Client Services Manager and Project Managers to support the planning, coordination, estimating, and execution of maintenance, repair, and special services projects while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist the Client Services Manager with estimating,ownerjob walks, project planning, and general project coordination.
  • Serve as the onsite supervisor for assigned projects when needed.
  • Completion of necessary maintenance projects as included onsmall project & punchlist.
  • Document progress and update the schedule of completion, input general information along with estimating figures into an iPad or computer documents.
  • Ability to properlyoperateall small hand & power tools (table saw, chopsaw, drills, etc.)
  • Ability todeterminerequiredprojectmaterials and equipment,workingwithsubcontractors& owners.
  • Assistwith callbacks/warranties or emergencies (possibly afterhours).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The characteristics listed below are representative ofwhat is needed toperform this job successfully.

  • Basic working knowledge of hanging & patching drywall, metal stud framing, minor plumbing, minor knowledge of electrical and generalhandymanrepair skills.
  • Abilityto work independently& withteam employees.
  • Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Computer knowledge in sending emails, using estimating software,and iPaduse.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Valid driver's license, backgroundcheck,and MVR checkrequired.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE

Qualified applicants will have:

  • High School Diplomaor equivalent
  • Experience supervising projects
  • Estimating and cost-analysis experience
  • Maintenance, repair, orhandymanexperience
