? Knowledge of Agile software development.
? Experience with cloud data infrastructure and building things in a repeatable, scalable way on Databricks.
? Passion to communicate business value through data; curiosity to learn and experiment based on A/B methods.
? Experience in software development.
? Exposure to the retail industry.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other knowledge, skills or abilities:

  • Knowledge of Statistics and Statistical Modeling
  • Optimization experience that could include, Combinatorial Optimization, Cardinality Algorithms, and Retrieval Augmented Generation, Image Recognition, Agentic AI
  • Statistical foundation and knowledge of statistical packages. Proficient with Python and SQL coding skills. This person will be responsible for writing complex production-level codes
  • Communication and collaboration skills to understand business partner needs and deliver solutions
