Support and maintain the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation of hardware and software. Review previous documents and prepare up-to-date documents, modes, and reports to meet customer requests.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain systems infrastructure including hardware and software
  • Monitor systems performance and recommend changes and upgrades based on utilization
  • Perform maintenance and upgrades to systems
  • Collaborate with Technical Architects to assist with systems design
  • Assists administrators in the implementation of systems infrastructure
  • Provide support and assistance to OD users for systems needs
  • Assist in supporting server hardware infrastructure and hardware and software solutions on multiple hardware platforms
  • Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosis of enterprise systems issues
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutions
  • Administer and support Active Directory environments
  • Manage and support Okta Identity Cloud
  • Administer Google Cloud Identity and IAM services
  • Administer AWS IAM users, roles, policies, federated identities, and access controls
  • Enforce IAM security standards and best practices
  • Assist in remediation of security findings related to identity platforms

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experience

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with server technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with target audience
  • Reasoning, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge and experience working in cloud services; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS
  • Knowledge and experience in storage architecture and virtualization
  • Understanding of cross-functional/cross-domain requirements and impact
  • Experience using Visio or other tools for documentation

Compensation Range:

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, skill level, and state/local wage requirements.
