Job description: We are seeking Assistant Clinical Nurse Managers to support the clinical and operational management of care units while ensuring the delivery of quality nursing care.
Under the authority of the unit manager, the assistant chief clinical nurse contributes to the coordination of care activities, the clinical support of teams and the maintenance of standards of quality, safety and professional excellence. Main responsibilities: Assist the manager in the daily coordination of the care unit's activities. To support and guide nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in the planning and organization of care and services. Ensure the appropriate allocation of human resources according to clinical needs. Contribute to the welcoming, integration and support of new employees and interns.
To provide clinical leadership to healthcare staff. Participating in the resolution of complex clinical situations. Ensure compliance with professional standards, organizational policies and best practices.

Significant experience in nursing, ideally in a coordination or clinical leadership role. Experience in a hospital setting, long-term care facility, local community health centre or rehabilitation centre. Excellent clinical assessment, analysis, and judgment skills.
Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management and problem-solving. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Sense of organization, autonomy and professionalism. Proficiency in spoken and written French. Knowledge of clinical computer tools and electronic records.
