Job Description

A Java developer with Web experience, preferably with HTML5/extJS is needed to work in the Firm Risk Management IT team that supports the Risk Management department which is responsible for monitoring, measuring and communicating risks generated by the client's business lines.ย 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building systems in a multi-tier environment. Strong Java and Web development experience is essential.ย 

The candidate will build user interface and service components as part of creating analysis tools to view regulatory risk and scenario data.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities will include working in a 3-5 member team developing, maintaining and supporting solutions using HTML5/extJS, core Java, Spring, and DB2 UDB.


Qualifications

Education Level:

BS in Computer Science or relevant Technical Degree

Experience Level: 5+ Years of Experience in Software Development

Skills Required?

5+ years experience in Java?

3+ years experience with Web Development (HTML5/extJS preferred)?

3+ years Database Design/Stored Procedure/SQL development (DB2 UDB, Oracle, Sybase etc.)?
