What you'll do
  • Responsible for applying Technical Performance and Sensory methods to evaluate formulas and fragrances across a breadth of laundry & home care categories
  • Collaborate with Senior Scientist in group and R&D customers to ensure understanding of data requirements and requests and maintain clear communications
  • Accurately and consistently execute TPI/sensory tests in a timely manner
  • When applicable, QC data and panelists, conduct data analysis, and report test findings
  • Efficiently administer the activities related to sensory panels execution to ensure smooth execution and panel administration, preparation of test materials, daily management of assessors in tests, etc.
  • Support the improvement of standardized sensory practices, protocols, and best practices
  • Manages the ordering and purchase order creation process for materials and supplies used in sensory testing.
  • Supports the planning, preparation, and execution of product demos.

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
