Job Description: 
We are looking for an entry level Bitcoin Mining Operations Technician to join 
our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the 
smooth and efficient operation of our Bitcoin mining facility. This will include 
monitoring and maintaining mining hardware and software, troubleshooting 
technical issues, and optimizing performance to minimize downtime. 
Responsibilities: 
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on mining hardware to ensure 
optimal performance 
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues with mining hardware and 
software 
• Maintain and update mining software to ensure optimal efficiency and 
security 
• Work with other members of the team to develop and implement strategies 
for minimizing downtime. 
• Monitor mining operations to ensure compliance with regulatory 
requirements and best practices 
• Ensure proper cooling and ventilation systems are in place to prevent 
hardware damage or failure 
• Maintain accurate records of mining performance and profitability 
• Assist with the installation and setup of new mining hardware and software 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment 
Requirements: 
• Prefer Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 
• At least 2 years of experience in a IT role, preferably in a IT troubleshooting 
environment 
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and best practices 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends 
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
