Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert/Trainer - Mid with an active Secret Clearance to work full time on our project at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL . The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment. Must hold and maintain a valid Secret Security Clearance. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Salary Range: $81,000 - $91,000 Prepares and/or conducts training programs, teaches classes, holds seminars and discussion groups. Designs and delivers programs to train all levels of personnel. Develops tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Formulates teaching outline in conformance with selected instructional methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such training methods as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Facilitates the execution of all training programs. Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts. Working under only general direction, provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
