Job description

Hello there. We are a technology startup in Old Town Alexandria, and we are looking for a customer support representative. We build an online software that helps our customers manage their employees, and we are looking for a passionate and energetic customer service representative to support and care for our customers.

As a customer service rep, you will be the person that our customers will have the most contact with, so we need you to be a superstar. Here are some things you will do: Learn our software inside and out (don't worry, it is modern and intuitive) Walk new customers through our features Answer customer questions and solve problems Create how-to documents and videos that show our customers various features of our software Triage customer issues Present customer issues to engineering team If you love helping others and solving technology problems, you will enjoy this role. This position starts part-time and scales with customer demand.
