Description

As our E-Commerce Operational Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering improved, reliable, scalable, and efficient website operations on the Shopify platform. Your detailed work will result in “always-on” digital operations, efficiency and increased throughout for the department, reliable integrations within our app ecosystem, and improved centralized reporting on our core KPIs.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee the performance and reliability of all system integrations (ERP, PIM, Punchouts, Payment methods, etc.).

• Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to improve core site performance (page speed, navigation, search, checkout), independent of formal project work.

• Build and elevate internal team capability in Shopify, including training, documentation, and best practice sharing to increase in-house ownership.

Requirements:

1. 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce, with hands-on experience in Shopify or a related web platform.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience in E-Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.
