The IT Data Analyst Intern will work alongside the Information Technology Department to gainhands-on experience supporting data analysis and vendor management activities. The intern will work extensively in Excel to organize, analyze, and maintain data across multiple sources while leveraging SAP systems to access vendor and financial information. Throughout the program, the intern will gain exposure to procurement and financial processes, developing both technical skills and a strong understanding of how data supports business operations.


  • Assist with data analysis activities using Excel to support business needs
  • Perform data functions such as VLOOKUPs, data transposition, and consolidation across multiple files
  • Extract, organize, and analyze vendor-related data from SAP systems
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data while managing large datasets
  • Support procurement and financial data processes through reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks
  • Identify discrepancies in data and assist with data clean-up and validation efforts
  • Gain exposure to SAP processes, particularly within procurement and financial modules
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing assigned tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, data transposition, and working with large datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and organize data accurately and efficiently across multiple sources
  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
