Job Summary
The Biology Department at the College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a motivated and organized Research Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to assist in launching and supporting the innovative Belin Laboratory research program while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to advancing scientific discovery.
The laboratory Research Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the new and innovative Belin laboratory research program activities. The coordinator will provide logistical support for research activities, including but not limited to organizing and maintaining research equipment and inventory, scheduling lab meetings and lab social events, ensuring cleanliness and safety of all laboratory areas, and coordinating material transfers with outside groups. The research coordinator will also contribute to team research projects in the laboratory and may perform independent research up to 50% total effort, at the discretion of PI.
