New Graduate Rn Program

Casa Colina will begin its new graduate RN program in September 2026. All applications must be submitted by midnight on August 11, 2026. Casa Colina will host a new grad information session on Tuesday, August 11th from 9:00-11:00am. Please RSVP to humanresources@casacolina.org to attend the event.

Under the direction and guidance of a preceptor, the goal of rehabilitation nursing is to assist individuals with disability and/or chronic illness to attain and maintain maximum function. The rehabilitation staff nurse assists clients in adapting to an altered lifestyle, while providing a therapeutic environment for clients and their families development. The rehabilitation staff nurse designs and implements treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psychological, and spiritual health.

Requirements of the position include: Must obtain current and valid California Registered Nurse license by September 1, 2026. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program.
