Job Description:
Job Summary
  • This project is to provide DWD a unified front-end development approach across the agency spanning multiple technologies and applications.
  • Only candidates located in Indiana will be considered for this position.
  • Build the structure to ensure responsive design, accessibility and usability of the internal and external applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support UI/UX design for existing DWD systems
  • Graphic Design and mockups
  • Support existing custom applications written in a mixture of .NET and other technologies.
  • Proactively approach new technologies, systems, and design patterns.
  • Work with business, other IT teams, and other agencies to define and enhance new solutions.
  • Enhance existing applications within an agile environment.
  • Exhibit a mixture of soft and hard skills necessary for success in this position.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience as a front-end developer
  • Portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects
