We are seeking a goal-oriented and dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our Fibre Order Based Drops (OBD) team. Working alongside the Fibre Build team, we're expanding TELUS' national footprint through a multi-billion dollar investment in critical infrastructure, bringing our world-leading networks to new customers across the country.

You'll work alongside a skilled, customer-focused team, taking ownership of our post-build OBD program with a primary focus on continuous improvement and innovation - all while driving an exceptional customer experience and delivering first attempt success.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Order Based Drops (OBD) program across partner streams, ensuring milestones are met and commitments are upheld
  • Track and monitor execution progress against first attempt success metrics, identifying risks early and taking action to keep performance on track
  • Review and resolve escalations related to customer service issues, translating lessons learned into concrete process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track program health, analyze trends and present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Establish and lead new business processes and innovations that improve cycle time, budget reliability and team engagement
  • Communicate program progress and manage stakeholder expectations across all levels of the organization, translating complexity into clarity and inspiring action.
Qualifications


What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
  • More than 5 years of experience managing complex programs or leading cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partner and vendor relationships effectively
  • Proven experience navigating ambiguous requirements and translating them into clear, actionable outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for audiences at all levels
  • Experience leading change management initiatives, bringing stakeholders along the journey while maintaining momentum
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience
     

Great-to-haves

  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile or equivalent) and experience with tools such as Outcome, JIRA, DOMO, MyWorld or Appian
  • Knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications market, regulatory environment and experience managing telecommunications infrastructure and/or fibre build programs
  • Bilingual in French and English
