Job description

Cosmo Cabinets manufactures Euro-style frameless kitchen and bath cabinets serving the housing and multi-family new construction and renovations. We ship our product nationally.
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to lead and manage the integration of various enterprise systems, including Monday.com, Oracle NetSuite, and 2020 Insight (SQL-based). This role requires you to have worked in a product manufacturing company with a deep understanding of these platforms. The ability to design seamless workflows and maintain ERP Data (orders, BOMs, and SKUs). The technical expertise in integration tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to ensure systems communicate effectively, enabling efficient data flow and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Integration Design and Implementation
    • Develop, implement, and manage integration workflows between Monday.com, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, and 2020 Insight.
    • Ensure seamless data exchange and synchronization across all platforms using APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.
  2. Technical Oversight
    • Configure and manage a SQL-based ERP system. Leverage expertise in SQL databases to support and optimize 2020 Insight.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability and performance.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Work with business teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Collaborate with developers, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Documentation and Training
    • Document integration workflows, technical specifications, and processes.
