The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About Us: At Vosyn, we embrace the exciting, game-changing world of Artificial Intelligence, driving innovation and pioneering impactful projects across various industries. We are a trailblazing Language Synthesis AI firm reshaping global communication by dissolving language barriers and empowering users. We believe in fostering a culture of flexibility, continuous improvement, and solution-focused strategies. Here, every idea is welcomed, nurtured, and has the potential to scale to new heights. Currently, we're at the forefront of a significant IPO endeavor, truly a unicorn in the making. We invite you to be part of our journey and leave your imprint on the future of AI.

About the Role:

A Pricing Analyst owns the data-driven decisions behind "how much and in what way" a product is sold. Blending market research, cost modelling, competitive intelligence, and statistical testing, the role sets and optimizes price points, discount structures, and packaging so the product portfolio meets revenue, margin, and adoption targets. The analyst partners closely with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to turn insights into pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer value and keep the company competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

        • Continuously benchmark competitor prices, monitor industry trends, and assess customer willingness-to-pay to inform pricing strategy and
          positioning.
        • Build and maintain detailed financial models (Excel/SQL/BI) that incorporate COGS, channel fees, and variable costs to ensure pricing meets margin targets.
        • Simulate "what-if" scenarios, forecast revenue and elasticity impacts, and recommend price adjustments, bundles, or promotional structures that maximize lifetime value.
        • Design, run, and analyze pricing experiments (discount tests, tier changes, localization) to validate hypotheses before broad rollout.
        • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Sales, and Executive leadership; build dashboards and KPIs to track pricing performance post-launch.
        • Partner with product managers, engineers, UX, and BI to balance monetization tactics with user experience, retention, and roadmap goals.
        • Ensure pricing policies align with regional regulations, channel agreements, and internal approval matrices; document changes for audit and finance review.
        • Champion tooling or process enhancements (pricing software, automated data pipelines) that shorten analysis cycle time and improve accuracy.
        • Deliver clear revenue forecasts, optimization wins, and risk assessments to leadership and studio teams through automated reports and presentations.
        • Track privacy changes, new formats (rewarded video, native, interstitial), and emerging ad-tech tools; feed insights into product and monetization roadmaps.

        About you:

        • Pursuing or recently completed Master's in Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a quantitative MBA. Your coursework proves you can convert market signals and cost inputs into pricing strategy that moves the P & L.
        • Fluent in Excel, SQL, and Python / R, you build cost models, elasticity curves, and revenue forecasts that stand up to scrutiny.
        • Continuous benchmarking, willingness-to-pay surveys, and usage data feed the price points and packages you recommend.
        • You design and run A/B or multivariate pricing tests, interpret results with statistical rigor, and iterate fast.
        • Dashboards, one-pagers, or executive briefs-whatever the medium, you translate analysis into decisive action for Product, Sales, and Finance.
        • You factor regional regulations, deal desks, and approval workflows into every pricing change, documenting for audit and finance review.
        • From automating data pipelines to adopting pricing software, you hunt tools that shorten analysis cycles and boost accuracy.
        • Ambiguity, rapid pivots, and many hats sharpen your focus on delivering pricing decisions that balance margin, adoption, and customer value.

We believe exceptional talent often emerges from diverse paths. If you possess a profound curiosity, a genuine passion for continuous personal and professional growth, and a strong desire to apply your unique abilities to create significant impact within our team, we strongly encourage you to apply-even if your background doesn't align perfectly with every single qualification.
