As a 2027 University Intern - Information Technology, you will gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that help build your technical and professional skills at Phillips 66. Partnering with the business to develop innovative and value adding solutions
What You'll Do
Summer internship activities may include the following:
  • Orientation and training events, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars and opportunities to meet and interact with functional leaders
  • Participating in continuous coaching conversations with your manager, who will provide guidance throughout your internship
  • Matching with technical and new hire mentors to assist with role-specific technical challenges and navigating working in the corporate world respectively.
  • Giving a presentation at the end of the summer to senior business leaders and key stakeholders. This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate what you learned in your internship and provide insight on your experience.

Your summer may include experiences in areas such as the following:

What You'll Bring - Required
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics & Statistics, Cybersecurity, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems,or equivalent field of study
  • Greater than 30 hours of earned college credit
  • Graduation date of August 2027 or later
  • Available for a minimum of ten continuous weeks

Compensation Range
This position has a pay range of $2,353.00 - $3,760.00 bi-weekly, dependent on a candidate's degree type and expected graduation date.
