The Role
As a member of the CSO & Innovation team, you will work across a wide range of emerging technologies to support rapid prototyping, experimentation, and delivery of Agentic AI and AI-driven solutions. This internship is designed for a technical generalist, someone who has hands-on experience across multiple areas such as agentic AI, conversational avatars, mobile development, data science, visualization, 3D modeling, and interactive demos.
You will work directly with the Chief Science Officer to explore new technologies, build proof-of-concepts, and support the end-to-end development of high-impact projects that accelerate AI innovation, prototyping, and optimizing technologies that enhance the faster penetration of AI-based solutions in the market. The ideal candidate should be in a Ph.D. program, self-driven, and capable of conducting independent investigations and making strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of development, from ideation, design and implementation to testing and deployment.

  • Work on multiple POCs across Agentic AI, mobile, data science, visualization, and 3D modeling.

  • Build and refine agentic AI systems, including conversational agentic avatars.

  • Develop and updating lightweight mobile applications (iOS preferred) and interactive demos.

  • Develop dashboards and user interfaces for internal tools and models.

  • Implement and test RAG pipelines, LLM customization, and agentic workflows.

  • Prototype new tools, frameworks, and technologies to evaluate feasibility and performance.

  • Use of new technologies to build lightweight 3D assets or models for demos, prototypes, or avatar environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product, CSO, an R&D).

  • Conduct rapid research and make recommendations on emerging technologies. Work with various teams, including Database, Middleware, Network, and Server teams, to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

Hands-on experience across multiple of the following areas (not necessarily expert in any one):
  • Agentic AI development

  • Conversational AI / avatars

  • Data visualization & dashboards

  • RAG implementation

  • Swift programming

  • Mobile app development

  • Data science & ML modeling

  • LLM fine-tuning or customization

  • 3D modeling & interactive 3D asset creation

  • Vue.js or similar front-end frameworks

  • Interactive demo creation

Strong problem-solving skills and strong ability to learn new technologies quickly, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of independent research and recommendations.
Experience in software development with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Understanding of Linux systems, bash scripting, and version control (Git).
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or similar DevOps tools is a plus.
Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and ability to present prototypes to non-technical audiences.
