Otis is seeking a North America CLC Product/Cost Administrator to support the configuration and maintenance of products within eLogistics, Otis's internally developed Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, and system functionality across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in engineering and programming, along with solid elevator product knowledge. Success in this role also requires excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in Connecticut or South Carolina.
On a typical day you will:
  • Work closely with engineering and product management leads to design and configure estimating and ordering system (elogistics) product logic.
  • Manage factory product cost, labor, and local purchases configuration.
  • Coordinate system enhancements and bug resolution via ServiceNow ticket system, collaborating seamlessly with offshore teams.
  • Supports testing for quarterly elog global system releases, creates issue tickets, and manages resolution with offshore support team.
  • Serves as the elog product subject matter expert and supports various functional groups with advance configuration questions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of eLog and product simplification by collaborating with field and CLC stakeholders to streamline the estimating and ordering process.
  • Support eLogistics product training, covering the estimating/ordering process.
  • Manage product help files including deviation documents and configuration help files.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly in response to changing business needs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate changes throughout the organization.

What you will need to be successful:
  • 5+ years of experience designing and deploying complex CPQ logic to ensure alignment with Engineering and Configurator systems and enable accurate, automated BOM creation
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems and components
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into configuration rules
  • Effective problem-solver with experience troubleshooting configuration issues and implementing solutions
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams
  • Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
  • Willingness to travel to Bloomfield, CT or Florence, SC

The salary range for this role is $93,000 - $139,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
