About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead all safety, environmental, and sustainability programs at our Elizabethtown facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for improving site-wide safety performance, reducing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening our long-term sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and continuously improve all EHS and Sustainability policies, programs, training, and systems across the facility.
  • Provide technical expertise and regulatory interpretation on OSHA, EPA, environmental permits, and internal company standards.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain the site-wide EHS training program for employees at all levels.
  • Track and analyze key EHS performance metrics, identify trends, and advise leadership on risk reduction and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with all regulations and internal requirements.
  • Lead and participate in incident investigations, safety committees, and sustainability initiatives; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, HR, and leadership to strengthen a proactive safety culture.
  • Support sustainability goals, environmental stewardship, waste reduction, and regulatory reporting.
  • Perform other EHS and compliance duties as needed to support the site.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, HR, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of EHS regulations and environmental laws.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment required.
  • Strong computer, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Prior EHS or safety leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • HR experience a plus, not required.
  • Excellent communication, training, and change-management skills.
