Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of production-grade machine learning (ML) systems for a major casino industry client.
- Provide technical leadership (Lead/Principal/Senior level) in applied AI and ML projects, with at least 8+ years of hands-on ML experience and 3+ years in a senior technical role.
- Build, deploy, and optimize real-time inference architectures and ML solutions at scale.
- Architect and implement recommendation systems, personalization engines, predictive analytics solutions, and customer intelligence platforms.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to create ML-ready datasets and data pipelines.
- Oversee feature engineering and manage the full ML lifecycle.
- Utilize advanced ML tools and frameworks including Python, Databricks, MLflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Apply knowledge of MLOps, Generative AI, and agentic AI architectures to support enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
- Leverage experience with customer data platforms, identity graphs, and real-time recommendation platforms.
- Employ expertise in Snowflake and large language model (LLM) powered applications as needed.
- Preferred experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, retail, loyalty, or consumer-facing digital organizations.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or higher preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Position is ideally hybrid onsite in Hollywood, FL, but offers flexibility for remote work.
