Personne qui exercice des activités de conception, d’orientation, de consultation, d'actualisation, d'analyse et d'évaluation dans un ou plusieurs programmes sociaux.

EXIGENCES
Éducation:
• Baccalauréat en travail social ou en service social ;
• Membre en règle de l’Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ).

Expérience:
• Deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente en travail social.

Connaissances et habiletés:
• Bonne compréhension des problèmes psychosociaux ;
• Compréhension de la culture des Premières Nations et des enjeux qui touchent les individus, les familles et les communautés est un atout ;
• Aptitude à identifier et analyser les besoins de la clientèle ;
• Aptitude à communiquer les connaissances théoriques et pratiques, tel qu’appliqué à la formation;
• Excellent jugement critique, esprit de synthèse, sens de l’organisation et de prise de décisions ;
• Sens des responsabilités, de la débrouillardise et autonomie ;
• Bonnes compétences de travail d’équipe.

Langue:
• Maîtrise de l’anglais;
• Maîtrise du cri et du français est un atout.
