About the Role:
We are hiring an analytical, business-minded Analytics Manager to lead the evolution of reporting and insights for our Sales Enablement organization. This individual will serve as the team's data expert, helping transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that improve sales performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This role reports into the VP of Sales Enablement.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across business and technical teams. They enjoy solving problems with data, creating scalable reporting solutions, and identifying opportunities to automate manual processes. Over time, this role will evolve from supporting ad hoc analytical requests into owning reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics.
We are looking for candidates in Miami who can work in-person in our Miami office for our hybrid schedule.
What you'll do:
Insights & Business Analytics: Serve as the analytics partner for the CS Enablement team by delivering actionable insights that improve business decisions.
  • Respond to ad hoc business and data requests from the sales team.
  • Analyze campaign, product adoption, and customer performance data.
  • Build presentations and executive-ready reports that communicate insights clearly.
  • Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to access and interpret datasets.
  • Develop best practices for data requests and analytical workflows.
  • Translate business questions into data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using internal and external datasets.

Reporting & Automation: Own the development and continuous improvement of reporting processes and dashboards.
  • Execute recurring and complex reports.
  • Build dashboards that monitor key metrics and KPIs.
  • Improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Learn and leverage company reporting tools and BI platforms.
  • Standardize recurring reports across campaigns.
  • Document reporting processes and methodologies.
  • Recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement through analytics.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish KPIs for training effectiveness, product adoption, and seller performance.
  • Partner with Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Help scale analytics capabilities as the organization grows.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, or revenue operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with large datasets.

Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data analysis).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
  • Ability to analyze, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience creating dashboards, recurring reports, and executive-level reporting.

Preferred
  • Python for data analysis and reporting automation.
  • Experience writing scripts to automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows.
  • Experience working with APIs and data integrations.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline concepts.
