Level 1 / 1.5 Initial support level and first interface for end user & system generated application issues
Work as a part of Application Command Center that includes monitoring and system health checks
Work as a part of the L1.5 group drives SOP / Script based resolution and fulfillment Good Communication Skills
Foundation in IT Service Management (Handling Incidents, Troubleshooting, working through ticketing tools, experience in systems management / monitoring tools will be useful)
Computer Science Education with good foundation in technical skills and basics on Java / .NET / C++ / C#/SQL/Oracle
Associates / 3 year degrees in Computer Programming, Computer Science etc.,
