Job description

We are seeking a Senior MDM ETL Test Engineer with strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM), ETL testing, and data validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating MDM and ETL processes, ensuring data quality, verifying data transformations, and testing enterprise data integration solutions. This role requires strong SQL expertise, experience with Informatica MDM, and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test strategies for MDM, ETL, and data integration solutions.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate ETL workflows, data migrations, and data transformations.
  • Validate data quality, data governance rules, and golden record creation within MDM platforms.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines, data marts, and data warehouses.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Identify data validation scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand business requirements and data flows.
  • Automate test data generation and provisioning using Python or similar technologies.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and ETL-related issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect management, and test reporting.
