Job description

Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Project Scheduling Integration Engineer Level 4

Work Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Bachelor of Science in Engineering Required
Shift: First
Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: 3:30 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?: No

Position Responsibilities:
  • Define Support System elements and schedules down to the part number/book number level.
  • Ensure Support System elements are complete and accurate in support of the Fielding Certification Board (FCB).
  • Identify and coordinate work products required for downstream activities, ensuring required data is complete, accurate, controlled, and delivered on schedule.
  • Maintain and provide accurate status updates on progress, issues, and resolutions related to Support System elements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct Support Systems Requirements/Readiness Reviews as part of the overall integration effort.
  • Ensure accurate representation and communication with internal organizations and customers.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment involving multiple disciplines, internal organizations, external resources, and customers.
  • Lead project integration efforts to ensure all teams execute work statements according to a common schedule.
  • Work under minimal direction while supporting complex engineering integration activities.
Basic Qualifications :
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other STEM discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management or engineering integration within complex development programs.
  • 3+ years of project scheduling experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common project objectives.
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience in Project Engineering or Project Integration.
  • Experience supporting Avionics Project Integration or Project Engineering.
  • Avionics software development experience.
  • Familiarity with USAF Technical Orders.
  • Familiarity with USAF Support Equipment.
  • Experience with development and delivery of logistics support elements.
  • Strong organizational and team-building skills.
  • Experience with project planning and execution.
  • Ability to remain professionally persistent while driving project results.
Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and typically 9 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., Master's degree with 7+ years or PhD with 4+ years of related work experience). ABET accreditation is preferred but not required.
