Job description

Position Overview

AvantBlue seeks a motivated high school apprentice to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. This hands-on apprenticeship offers real-world experience in technology, project coordination, customer service, and business operations alongside experienced IT professionals - no prior experience required; training is provided.

Primary Responsibilities

Track project timelines/milestones, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document notes.
Follow up on action items and maintain project documentation and status reports.
Organize digital files, assist with data entry/CRM updates, and prepare client documentation.
Help create presentations, reports, and internal templates/checklists.
Participate in client meetings, draft professional emails/summaries, and support customer follow-up and onboarding.
Assist with website updates, social media, event planning, demos, and sales proposal prep.

Required Qualifications

Current high school student in an approved apprenticeship program.
Interest in IT, Business, Project Management, or Computer Science.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong academic standing, excellent attendance, and dependability.
