Job Description
Our Account managers create and nurture ongoing relationship contacts with our number one customer - our dealers. Your objective is to increase the number of deals funded by partnering with nationwide dealers who will be a good fit. Your ability to identify, onboard, and manage growth with dealers around the US from our headquarters office locations.
Being in a fast-paced environment, this role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Account Manager will manage their own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program so they can grow and succeed.
This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. We are looking for highly motivated, highly dedicated candidates who are comfortable working in an office-based team environment.

What will you do as our Account Manager - Internal Sales Representative?
  • Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts assigned to you
  • Follow-up on new CRM generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise Dealerships
  • Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities
  • Constant and effective communication via phone, email and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements
  • Provide solutions, rehash and restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the Dealership Partners

Qualifications
Qualities we look for in our Account Manager - Internal Sales Representative?
  • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
  • 1-2 year's previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
  • Clear and effective presentation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology

  • 6 month compensation guarantee of $5,000.00 monthly
  • Average rep earnings after 1 year - $160,000.00
  • Average earnings of the top 25% reps - $245,00.00
  • Average earnings of the top 50 reps - $305,000.00
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable
