The role:
As the Sales Manager, you'll build and develop the team the culture, and GTM strategy. You'll hire and coach Account Executives selling across the U.S. and Canada, set the standard for performance, and close strategic deals alongside your team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll act as a builder and a mentor.
Responsibilities:
  • Successfully hire, train, and coach full-cycle Account Executives
  • Drive sales growth by hitting revenue targets and growing pipeline across all territories
  • Lead by example by maintaining a book of strategic accounts
  • Keep a high bar for culture and standards by defining what winning looks like in every step of the sales cycle
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Product to shape GTM strategy
  • Create scalable and repeatable processes, from forecasting to deal execution and performance management

Skills and qualifications:
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years managing high-performing teams
  • Proven success building or scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of above-target performance and commitment in previous roles
  • Experience selling SaaS, security, or enterprise technology to a highly technical audience
  • Comfortable leading a team selling to national and Canadian accounts
  • Hands-on, results-driven, obsessed with execution and coaching
  • Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
  • Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment
