Sales Manager

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at our Tilton NH Honda Dealership. As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dealership's administrative and sales processes while providing a superior Customer Experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk activities, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

- Oversee the administrative tasks such as maintaining customer records, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring accuracy of paperwork.

- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate vehicle deliveries, handle trade-in vehicles, and process financing and leasing paperwork.

- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and guide them through the car purchasing process.

- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the sales desk, ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.

- Monitor inventory levels, track vehicle sales, and assist in maintaining accurate records of vehicle transactions.

- Continue to increase business and gross by actively ensuring all processes are being done every time, every day.

- Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and parts, to ensure seamless coordination, training, and customer service.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus.

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and customer records.
