Successful Computer Sales Managers combine technical knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills to drive growth and achieve business goals.

What are the main challenges a Computer Sales Manager faces when leading a sales team in a rapidly evolving tech market?

One of the main challenges for a Computer Sales Manager is staying updated with the constant advancements in hardware and software, which requires continuous learning and training for both themselves and their team.
