It is essential to maintain a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor at all times. A warm smile and professional conduct are key to creating a welcoming and supportive environment.

● All the employees should be able to answer the calls, check-in and checkout customers.

● Help with inventory count on a daily basis for AM and PM count.

● Repair all kinds of electronic devices like phones, iPad/tablets, laptops, desktops, etc.

● Duties include cleaning up the store as necessary including mopping and sweeping floors, cleaning and dusting windows, shelves.

● Always follow the daily task list provided by the corporate.

● Perform best customer service at all times.

● Employees should be able to take new roles and responsibilities as it comes his/her way.

● Limit the personal usage of the phones other than repair needs

● Update the tickets and the leads on his/her shift

● Do the marketing as required by the business.

● Order the parts in timely manner and update the customers promptly

Requirement- 

  • High school diploma

  • Sales / customer service experience required

  • MUST have experience with all brands of cellphone, computer, and tablet repairs- including but not limited to: iPhone, androids, Samsung, etc.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude

  • Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
