Job description

Job Type: Full-time

M-F 10 AM - 6 PM

Pay: $22 - $26 per hour, dependent on experience


Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Repairs & Data Recovery
  • Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and MacBooks, including hardware and software issues.
  • Perform advanced data recovery procedures on hard drives, SSDs, and flash storage devices.
  • Soldering experience is a plus for motherboard repairs and component-level fixes.
    Customer Interaction & Communication
  • Answer phone calls and provide professional customer service, explaining repair options and processes.
  • Assist walk-in customers, accurately diagnosing issues and providing clear repair timelines.
  • Maintain excellent written communication skills for documenting repair details and customer interactions.
    Social Media & Content Participation
  • Engage in company social media activities, contributing technical insights and repair-related content.
  • Help create educational or promotional content regarding repairs and data recovery processes.
    Leadership & Teamwork
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations within the team.
  • Assist in training junior technicians and maintaining quality control standards.


Qualifications & Requirements:
